Contact Agreement:

Metadigs is committed to providing excellent web designing facilities to our clients. In addition to designing their websites, we also extend our services for marketing their websites and improve their page rankings. We will be submitting their website links to search engines, directories and other online submission portals. The client hereby authorizes Metadigs to showcase their completed client websites.

It is the responsibility of our clients to make sure that they provide us with only the accurate information. They will need to agree to give an e-mail address for business correspondence with them. The e-mail address should be active, and they should respond to the emails that we send out to them. If they do not respond to correspondence e-mails from Metadigs, we reserve the rights to suspend their account. We hold the rights to suspend the accounts, if we are unable to contact them for 14 days, on the contact information provides to us.

Additions and Changes:

Additional charges will be applicable for the change requests that are to be made after uploading the agreed job completion. Such requests will be considered as an additional work order. Metadigs is not under any obligations to make changes unless they are sent as written requests, and after the client agrees to get billed for the additional changes.

The changes will be considered as a new order, and you will need to follow the same procedure by filling out the appropriate form on our website. However, we do offer a little leeway on small changes or corrections, but the decision for additional charges will be at the sole discretion of our company.

Date of completion:

Metadigs will require complete cooperation from the clients in order to get the job completed on time. Under normal circumstances, we should be able to complete the websites in a matter of 2 weeks after the billing. However, their website marketing is pretty much an ongoing process, and the progress will be discussed with the client before taking up the project.

If the client is unable to provide all the information required for developing and marketing their website for a period of three months after the billing, Metadigs reserves the rights for suspending the project. It could also result in complete cancellation as well. If for any reason, the project gets delayed, new completion dates will be discussed with the client. However, if the delay is caused by Metadigs even after the client furnishes the necessary requirements, the clients can claim for full refunds.

Fee payment:

The entire web designing works will be owned by Metadigs until the client pays the full agreed amount. The client becomes a legal owner only after the complete payment of fees for the contracted work.

The payments are due before the initialization of the projects. If the order form is filled, and if the payment does not take place, the project stays cancelled. Under no circumstance do we entertain the payment options to be done after the completion of projects. Therefore, it becomes the responsibility of the clients to make complete payments when the contract is being discussed.

We offer many convenient payment options for our valued clients. We accept MasterCard, PayPal, Visa or money orders. However, if you are unable to pay is with the above mentioned options, please feel free to contact us, and the will try to provide you with a payment options of your choice.

All payments will be made in U.S. dollars. The client gains the ownership rights only after the complete payment.

Payment of additional fees applicable for the updates or changes should be completed within 10 days of generating the invoice receipt. Payments made after 10 days will result in an additional $25.00 added to the bill. If the payment remains unpaid after 30 days, the account will be suspended until the full payment is rendered, which would be inclusive of $25.00 delinquency charges.

Copyrights and ™

Our policies are strictly against any kind of copyright violations. Therefore, when the client provides informational elements like graphics, images, designs, content, Logos or trademarks, and they will need to guarantee that they own it completely. Metadigs is not liable to any damages caused due to copyright violations from our clients. We stand to stay protected from any kind of conflicts that could arise due to client provided information on the websites.

Subleasing the copyrights:

After the payments and the project works are completed, the client will be awarded with a complete ownership of the website. However, you do not have reserve any rights to sublease, publish, transfer the completed product to any third parties without prior consent from Metadigs. They will remain under the ownership property of the respective owners agreed upon at the time of contract.

Artwork and web pages:

The purchased products from Metadigs can be used for personal or business use by our clients. They can incorporate the artwork on other office stationery like business cards, letterheads, or for any kind of advertisements. However, you cannot alter or modify it under any circumstance without intimating as about the same. Sales or distribution of artwork to third parties is not allowed.

Metadigs reserves the right to publish the artwork of your website as one of our completed projects while marketing our services.

Service refusal:

Metadigs reserves the rights to decline using of any material that we feel is immoral or illegal, or if it is not in our best interests. We are not responsible for the website contents. However, we hold the rights to cancel the contract if the terms and conditions set by us are not met by our clients.

Refunds and Cancellation:

Our refund policies are applicable only if the cancellation requests reach us before uploading the websites on the net. Any requests for refund after posting the website will be declined, or a partial refund might be agreed upon, but only with our discretion.

Design credit:

The client will need to agree to include the Metadigs link or a small logo on the bottom of their web pages as long as their websites stays live.

Any of the above mentioned terms and conditions is subject to change at the sole discretion of Metadigs. All as users agree to the abovementioned terms and conditions for the entire contract period with us.
